Webhelp Boosts Efficiency with CCR Collaboration

With its 80-year legacy, Switzerland’s established institution WIR Bank has chosen CCR as its technology partner for its contact center operations.

As the contact center technology partner of WIR Bank, CCR will provide infrastructure support and maintenance, software development, system integration, and operational consulting services. With existing clients across various sectors in Switzerland, CCR has now entered the financial services sector through this agreement with WIR Bank.
CCR Director Ali Muray Gürçay stated that WIR Bank’s decision was influenced not only by CCR’s strong references but also by the company’s ability to effectively demonstrate its international experience and expertise.

Quickly launching new software and system integration projects, CCR has also initiated system updates for the client. Gürçay noted that several new service projects planned for WIR Bank in 2016 are currently in the approval phase. He added that some contact center software modules, which have been successfully used in Turkey for years, will now be implemented in Switzerland as well.
Describing this as “transferring knowledge and experience from Turkey to Europe,” Gürçay emphasized that CCR aims to deliver the same level of quality and speed across various sectors in Europe.
